Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to fill out necessary forms.

Any spa parties must fill out additional forms prior to their appointments. We can email or fax the party forms directly to you for your convenience.

As time is reserved especially for you and is a one-one-one experience, we required a cancellation guarantee.
