Shipping & Handling

All shipments takes 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is entered into our system. Order processing takes place from Monday to Friday.

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. All U.S. orders are shipped FED EX Ground. Shipping to Canada is a charge of $8.00 and the United States a charge of $10.00. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico are subject to an additional surcharge.

International Orders

International orders are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Additional taxes and custom charges are the responsibility of the customer. A minimum international shipping charge of $25.00 will apply). Express or Overnight Shipping please contact 1-866-222-9055 for details.

Our spa treats on occasion are out of stock. We do apologize for any inconvenience & these items will be back ordered & shipped as soon as the product is in stock.

Return Policy

We hope you love everything from Urban Venus. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened products.

Should you be less than happy with anything else you’ve ordered, please return it to Urban Venus within 30 days with your original receipt, and we will be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method. Include your packing slip and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
